My quilting story started in 2005 after a friend of mine in Phillips, Wisconsin gave me her sewing machine!  I was born and raised a farmer in southern, WI and enjoy keeping very busy.  I am always looking for new hobbies to keep my “retired” days occupied and quilting seemed like something fun and interesting.  I started off with a few table runners to see if I could get the hang of it, then 5 quilts later (as presents for my 5 daughters) the hobby stuck.  From there, I decided a long arm quilting machine and making a few quilts for local friends would be a nice addition to my hobby.  From there – a longarm quilt studio and another long arm machine later (not to mention a retreat that my wife runs for quilting bees) I decided to go into business to help fellow quilters finish their projects with quality and care. 

The rest, as they say, is history!!
